Zhonglian had a grand opening of 2016 Marketing Motivational Meeting on Feb. 15th, the first working day after Spring Festival. Top leaders, all salesmen and office staff attended the conference, tightly focusing on group target and discussing marketing strategy together. This is a preparation for New Year marketing campaign!
Mr. Ji Wenlong, Deputy General Manager of Zhonglian, assigned all detail targets at the very beginning. All salesmen had already analyzed and confirmed their own missions based on increasing volume task of 2016. Mr. Ji mentioned, all departments and office staff shall definitely coordinate and support marketing for a better service to our customers. Then Sales Directors, Director Assistants and salesmen made a speech and shared their ideas.
Later, Mr. Sha Zhiwei, the Operation General Manager of Zhonglian Liaoning Plant, gave a presentation. Motivational meeting means pressure and motivation, we are not afraid of increased volume but need to make more efforts to make it come true. All Zhonglian people must tightly focus on target and make actual actions to achieve the annual task!
Mr. Feng Jianxin, the General Manager of Zhonglian, delivered an important speech at last. Zhonglian had a great growth in recent years due to joint efforts of all staff. However, 2016 is a critical year for Zhonglian development since there will be a market integration of wire & cable industry, in which the competition shall be more fierce. Zhonglian should not relax and must fight with our competitors even for a single moment. Mr. Feng encouraged all the staff, Zhonglian group must united together, carry forward the spirit of bearing hardships and standing hard work, be patient at works, enlarge targets and learn knowledge of all aspects. Meanwhile all technical staff should contact with customers more actively to understand the market and clients’ demand, keeping improving product properties and build up a good reputation. All salesmen must start new journey with confidence.
The opening of this meeting started the marketing fight of 2016. All soldiers of Zhonglian shall try their best to realize all targets and missions!
